Seiren 21

A scale model of the tower, origin unknown

Overview Edit

Seiren 21 was a Japanese visionary skyscraper, meant to have 180 floors and top at 930 meters[1][2]. Designed by Konoike Construction in 1992 [2][3], the tower was one of many futuristic Japanese projects that emerged at the same era e.g. Aeropolis 2001, Sky City 1000 or even the X-Seed 4000.

Very little is known about the building, as the project never was approved and its conception predates the modern Internet.
